MO' STRUGGLE, MO' STRENGTH · BY JACOB SANI

EVERYDAY
STRONG

For the men who still believe in hard work and big dreams. The ones carrying life on their shoulders — who still show up anyway.

THE ORIGIN

MILO OF
CROTON

Ancient Greece. 6th century BC. Milo of Croton — wrestler and six-time Olympic champion — carried a newborn calf on his shoulders every day as he walked for miles.

Day by day the calf grew. Day by day Milo carried it.

Eventually that calf became a bull, and Milo became a man strong enough to manage the load.

PROGRESSIVE
OVERLOAD
·
THE DAILY
GRIND

That's progressive overload. That's the daily grind. That's what Everyday Strong is built on — not a six-week transformation, not a 90-day miracle. A commitment to showing up, day after day, with a little more than yesterday.

THE PROGRAMMES

WHERE DO
YOU START?

Three programmes. One philosophy. Start where you are.

THE PHILOSOPHY

WHAT WE
ACTUALLY BELIEVE

01
TRAIN FOR LIFE

Not for a wedding. Not for summer. Not to look like someone else. Train so you can carry things, climb things, keep going when it gets hard. That's functional strength. That's what stays with you.

02
MOVEMENT OVER MUSCLES

Most people train muscles. We train movements — push, pull, squat, hinge, carry. The kind of strength that transfers to real life. In any gym, with free weights, on your own terms. Independent. Sustainable. Yours.

03
SHOW UP ANYWAY

The bills are real. The family is real. The weight you carry off the gym floor is real. Everyday Strong is for the man who shows up anyway. When no one's watching. When no one will ever know. Only you know the difference.

BEING STRONG ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH THE
BULLSH*T THAT COMES WITH
PURSUING A LIFE WORTH LIVING.

That's what this is. Not aesthetics. Not performance. Strength for the life you're actually living. When it's heavy. When it's hard. Show up anyway.

YOUR MOVE

READY TO SEE IF
YOU STILL GOT IT?

Three programmes. One philosophy. Pick your starting point and get to work. No subscriptions. No fluff. Just the programme and the effort you bring to it.
